Telx Launches SIM Cards to Send Cryptocurrencies Via SMS

Telx Technologies, a telecommunication company, has introduced the world’s first SIM card to send cryptocurrency via text message. Instead of using a wallet addresses, the agenda is to use a phone number to identify the people involved in a transaction.

Telx will provide its service to more than 180 countries. The SIM card will support trades in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, Zcash, and Bitcoin Cash. Telx may use a third party wallet Bitgo and add a negligible transaction fee (0.10%). The only concern is Telx is new to the industry and its security is debatable.
