Cryptix AG is a Blockchain service provider. It has completed the acquisition of Blocktrade, a Liechtenstein digital asset platform on Tuesday, 27 August 2019. After the acquisition, the team of Cryptix AG will remain with Blocktrade for future development. The acquisition won’t affect customers says the announcement.
Luka Gubo, CEO of Blocktrade says “The additional funding will allow us to not only drive the development of our platform but also complete the licensing process”. Cryptix and its partner can full use the trading services offered by Blocktrade. This is without having to apply for a separate license.
