The U.S. partner of the Huobi Global exchange has decided to shut down its operations after just 18 months. Huobi announced the plans in a tweet titled “HBUS Cease to Operate”:
“We regret to inform you that HBUS will need to cease operations so that it can return in a more integrated and impactful fashion as part of its ongoing strategic layout. Please refer to our FAQ and contact support@hbus.com”.
The exchange will stop operating from Dec 15, 2019. However, withdrawal operations are available till Jan end.
Following the news, Huobi Token, the native token of Huobi Global has seen a sudden plunge in the last 24hrs. Huobi Token price fell down by arnd 2% on late Monday evening.
HT is currently trading at $2.76 against USD with a 2.51% plunge. The 24hr trading volume has decreased to $91,058,245 USD with a circulating supply of 241,284,047 HT. Even the HT/BTC price is seeing red trading at 0.00037278 BTC with a 0.99% plunge.
HT Technical Analysis:
- RSI Indicator – As of writing, HT price is nearing 50-level after plunging to level-40. That is a relief for this crypto.
- MACD Indicator – As per the MACD indicator, the crypto is slightly in the bullish region. However, checking the growth pattern of the crypto in the last few hrs, it is hard to say whether HT will hold its bullish sentiment.
