Oracle Files Trademark Violation Against Its Namesake Cryptooracle

Crypto Oracle is using “Oracle” in its domain name and other promotions without proper consent. Oracle has the right for keyword “Oracle”. So it has filed a lawsuit in a federal court against CryptoOracle for trademark infringement and cybersquatting.

Oracle had earlier sent cease and desist letters to CryptoOracle to stop using Oracle in its name, but the request remains unheard. Oracle claims that the blockchain-focused VC startup will get the goodwill that Oracle has built from its own famous brand. Other than the name, Oracle has no issues with its namesake company.
